A Message from Our CEO, David Valaer
As we move into 2026, I want to extend my sincere appreciation to our partners, advisors, and airline colleagues who have been so supportive of Green Taxi Aerospace throughout 2025. This past year was about building a strong foundation—one rooted in disciplined engineering, thoughtful decision-making, listening to our customers, and meaningful industry collaboration. We enter 2026 with clarity and momentum focused on eTaxi system development, FAA certification, relationships with airlines, and airframe OEMs. The value of a practical, certified electric taxi system has never been more evident.

What We Accomplished in 2025
2025 was a foundational year for Green Taxi Aerospace. We secured full funding through the FAA FAST Grant, stayed ahead of schedule and under early cost projections, and strengthened our internal systems and team alignment.
We signed a key partnership with StandardAero, submitted our FAA certification plan, and continued our system design with a talented team of engineers. Our partnership and collaboration with Delta Air Lines, with strong support from SkyWest, who have provided aircraft access and operational insights to refine system requirements.
Developing system architecture for certification, building our team of talented engineers, and assembling key suppliers of various components, were major focus areas in 2025.
Commercially, we refreshed our website and attended six targeted industry events including the RAA Leadership Conference, MRO Americas, and the Paris Air Show. Media interest dramatically increased with more than twenty-one articles featuring Green Taxi Aerospace.

Where We Are Going in 2026
In 2026, our focus centers on three priorities: System Development/FAA Certification, Regional Airline Relationships, and Engagement with aircraft manufacturers(Embraer and MHIRJ).
The System Development / FAA Certification efforts will focus on completing the system design, concluding structural and electrical analyses, and finalizing FAA Type Inspection Authorization. We will lab-test the conforming prototype and conduct a test installation on the E-175.
Our continued relationships with Delta, Delta Connection, SkyWest, Envoy, Alaska/Horizon, Republic, United Express, American Eagle, and Air Canada Express along with other regional airline operators will be key for 2026. Participation in regional airline associations, MRO Americas, and other key trade shows will further support these efforts.
OEMs such as Embraer and MHIRJ will continue to be a key source of technical dialogue as we design the eTaxi system. We will also begin forming an industry advisory group to bring additional perspective as the program advances.
